Whether as an unforgettable experience gift, as an insight into the professional world or as a team building day, Jump in, take a seat behind the large steering wheel and immediately feel the power of the technology. An experienced MAN ProfiDrive trainer will sit by your side,explains how to use the controls and ensure complete safety.

The entire MAN vehicle range is available; every truck model and heavy 40-tonne truck, every bus model – from intercity to city buses – and vans of all sizes. You can even try out state-of-the-art drive technology such as the MAN eTruck. The best thing is, you can try out and drive all our vehicles without an HGV licence and completely free of road traffic, on our qualified MAN test track.  

Your experience programme

Phase 1: Briefing

Before you start, we will give you a brief introduction at the vehicle itself – ideal for anyone who wants to drive a bus or a truck off-road, even without HGV licence qualifications. We'll cover seat positioning, dimensions, switches and the display – everything is explained right in the cockpit. No boring theory lectures! 

Phase 2: Driving (the practical part)

Then it's off to MAN Test Track 2 at the MAN Test Track arena in Munich. Under the guidance of your trainer, you drive off, brake, take turns, manoeuvre and feel the mass of the vehicle step by step. On request, you can also try out different vehicle types – ideal for groups, companies or associations planning a truck or bus event as a special experience.

Eligibility and details

• Driving licence: Class B (passenger cars) is sufficient. 
• Duration: Individually compatible – e.g. 09:00–12:00, 13:00–16:00 or all-day programmes. 
• Location: MAN Test Track 2 at the MAN test track site (usually Munich). 
• Vehicles: Trucks, buses, vans – the latest models and alternative drives. 
• Note: Additional costs may be incurred for booking the test track (according to official specifications)  
• Dress code: Firm footwear is recommended.
