We offer you high-performance charging technology, optimally adapted to all of our vehicle types – from our compact wallbox for vans to the fast-charging system for trucks and buses. This makes your depot an ideal base for your electric commercial vehicles: With vehicles charged after the end of a shift, the batteries will have full range again by the next day. Using the Combined Charging System (CCS) or the public Megawatt Charging System (MCS), you can increase the daily range and cover additional distances.

For this reason, many of the digital services available for MAN commercial vehicles with combustion engines can also be used with our electric models, including the new eTruck. We also offer digital services specially adapted to our electric trucks, such as MAN eManager and MAN SmartRoute.
Comprehensive charging management: The MAN eManager digital service allows you to monitor vehicles and batteries belonging to our new electric truck fleet. The system detects and immediately notifies you of low ranges or charging outages. It monitors battery temperatures and warns you if necessary. The MAN eManager also supports you with intelligent charging for your eTrucks. Vehicle pre-conditioning is integrated into the charging process via the MAN eManager. This helps to optimise the vehicle range. There are two different versions of MAN eManager available.

Intelligent and efficient route planning: The MAN SmartRoute planning tool – for fleet managers and drivers – simplifies trip planning for your new MAN electric truck and supports you with optimum planning for recharging on the move, helping you to complete your trips successfully. MAN is constantly updating its function and service structure when it comes to eReadiness to help you minimise your downtimes as much as possible. The plans for the transition are ambitious: By the time the MAN eTrucks go into series production in 2025, 70% of all MAN service outlets in Europe are expected to be eReady. MAN is even aiming for 100% eReadiness by 2028.
With preventive, digital maintenance and repair management from MAN ServiceCare, you can keep an eye on the maintenance status of your MAN electric commercial vehicles at all times. In order to minimise workshop visits and downtime, vehicle and maintenance data are transferred from your MAN electric fleet to MAN ServiceCare.
