Downtime care maintenance checklist

Simpler, more structured and easily accessible

Our new MAN Customer Service Management “downtime care” maintenance checklist is now available in the MAN Service Portal in 33 languages.
This serves to prevent damage caused during standstill by means of proper storage and regular inspection and care of the vehicles with the aim of: Handover of the vehicle to the customer in technically and visually flawless condition.

Insight into the ABBI Next portal

We trust this email finds you well. We are thrilled to share an exciting update with you regarding the beta version b.5 of ABBI Next.

This development signifies a step forward in the evolution of the ABBI platform, and we are truly happy with the new features and enhancements introduced. We believe that these changes will significantly improve our workflow and efficiency.

Here the implemented components:

  • Editing the Quality Audit Process: from now on you can edit the quality audit process that affects the General Contractorship (GC) orders from MAN Truck & Bus Deutschland GmbH and MAN Truck & Bus SE directly in in ABBI Next
  • GC Orders from Other MAN Companies: GC orders from all other MAN companies will be displayed as “GU National” in the future
  • Segment Information: Segment information from the truck and van is available

We are excited to announce we will continue to develop ABBI Next further! But you can now work fully with our new ABBI Next.
