You can reach the MAN Truck Forum with your own car just as easily as with public transport.
The MAN Truck Forum is opposite the MAN Truck & Bus company headquarters on Dachauer Strasse 570, 80995 München.
You can get to us from Munich’s Main Train Station with tram line 20 as far as Moosach station and from there with bus number 710 in the direction of Dachau, getting off at the Karlsfelder Strasse stop.
Alternatively, take the S1 or U2 to Feldmoching and then change to bus number 172 in the direction of Karlsfeld Post, also alighting at the Karlsfelder Strasse stop

Your day at MAN starts with checking in at our Customer Center when you and your accompanying persons arrive. Our team will be waiting for you in our “glass office”
where they will go through the day’s agenda with you – from your arrival to your first drive in your new truck. We will schedule the programme events and services according to your preferences and needs; of course, there will also be plenty of time to visit our restaurant, the MAN shop and more.
Enjoy the first drive in your new vehicle without having to head straight to a petrol station. On request, we will fill up your new truck with the desired amount of diesel and AdBlue at market price directly at our Truck Forum. Just let our check-in team know if you wish to use our fuel service.
In a 1.5-hour training session, MAN experts present the latest vehicle technology. They will explain how you can use this technology most efficiently – from assistance systems to the all-wheel drive and our safety features. You will also learn about the many ways in which MAN can help you reduce fuel consumption and maintenance costs.
The driver training is free for you and your accompanying persons, and you will receive a certificate at the end. The training starts at 8:00 and 12:00.
We show you the heart of our company – our truck production. During the factory tours you will see the development of the chassis, witness the “marriage” – when the cab and the chassis are joined together in the final assembly – and experience the initial commissioning of one of our trucks. In each case, the guided tour starts at 10:00. The minimum age for participation is 10 years.
And finally, the highlight of your special day at MAN: Personal vehicle handover in the vehicle handover hall. You get to see your MAN vehicle up close for the first time. Then, during vehicle induction, your vehicle instructor will explain all the details of your new vehicle to you. You will learn about all the different technical features and control elements. Take all the time you need to familiarise yourself with your new MAN truck. Then you will receive all relevant vehicle documents at the check-in, and you will have the opportunity to fill in a brief feedback form. At the end of this very special day you will receive all your documents and we wish you a safe and enjoyable drive.
VIP service
Collection of your new MAN is rather special. Turn it into a premium experience with our VIP service: During a gala reception, we will show your individual presentation on a large screen and beautifully set the scene for the special moment of the symbolic handover of an oversized vehicle key. On request, we are happy to present you with an individually engraved handover key.
Test drive
Do you want to thoroughly test your new vehicle immediately? Head out for a test drive with one of our experts. See for yourself how you and your new vehicle can master any situation on the road. Your MAN coach will explain all the technical possibilities and will share valuable tips and tricks for safe and efficient driving.
Provisional registration
We are also happy to help if you require provisional registration for your new vehicle – including fully-comprehensive insurance.

In our MAN Restaurant, you and your accompanying persons are our guest on the day you collect your vehicle and we invite you to join us for breakfast, lunch or a coffee break.
MAN Shop
The MAN Shop offers you a complete collection of our MAN merchandise – from miniature collectors’ vehicles to clothing and accessories from the MAN collection. You will also find the perfect gift for little MAN fans as well as our exclusive and high-quality bikes from our MAN series and much more.
The MAN event packages GOLD, SILVER and BRONZE make your day at MAN a truly special experience. The best thing about it: You don’t have to worry about anything – just turn up and enjoy.
