Get your preferred service date in 5 simple steps
Find the closest MAN service outlet using MAN Dealership search and open the detailed view of the workshop. There, you will find a link to the online appointment system.
Log in to MAN ServiceBooking with your user data. As a new customer, you can create a new customer account or use the online appointment system as guest.
Select the services to be carried out on your MAN vehicle and upload any necessary documents or images. In this step you can also specify your preferred dates.
Your preferred dates are matched with the MAN service outlet schedule database. The next step will show appointment proposals. Pick a suitable date.
After entering your contact and vehicle information, you will see a summary of the appointment details. At this point, you can choose whether you would like to be contacted by SMS or email regarding your appointment. Once your appointment has been confirmed, it is immediately visible in the MAN ServiceBooking appointment overview. You will also receive a confirmation of your appointment by email or SMS.
