All employees of the Organiser MAN Truck & Bus SE, its subsidiaries and the company TRATON, their relatives and employees of cooperation partners involved in the competition are excluded from participating.
The competition will take place between 14 April 2025 and 1 July 2025. Participation in the competition is free and works as follows:
Description of the prizes...
After the draw, the winner will be notified (see “Determining the winners”) and will receive their prize.
To be able to take part in the competition, all the criteria in “2. Who can enter?” must be met.
Participation by any other means is excluded. Should the contact details provided be incorrect (incorrect email address), the Organiser is not obliged to search for the correct address. Any potential disadvantages resulting from the provision of incorrect contact details shall be borne by the participant.
Each participant may only enter once. Multiple entries by a participant using multiple email addresses for the purpose of increasing their chances of winning is prohibited.
Participation is only possible within the entry period from 14 April 2025 to 1 July 2025. Entries submitted after the closing date will not be included in the draw. The time-stamp in the email is used to check that the entry deadline has been met.
The Organiser is entitled to exclude individuals from participating, in particular in the event of violations of the aforementioned conditions, in the event of false or misleading information in connection with participation in the competition, or in the event of a demonstrable attempt at manipulation or if manipulation has occurred.
Travellers are responsible for their own transport to the Truck Forum and the return journey home or to their hotel. MAN Truck & Bus SE will cover the costs and organise accommodation and meals for the attendance of a home match of FC Bayern Munich in the Allianz Arena, a test drive with the D30 PowerLion Truck as well as a shuttle service from the Truck Forum to the Allianz Arena and back.
The Organiser cannot guarantee that the competition will be held. The competition can be terminated at any time at the Organiser's discretion due to external circumstances, without the participant being able to derive any claims from this.
The individual winners will be determined by means of a random draw in the week following the end of the competition. If the participant declines the prize, the next participant in the draw will receive the prize.
The participants drawn will be notified by email immediately after the draw and asked in the email to confirm that they accept the prize. If the respective participant does not confirm acceptance of the prize within seven days of receiving the notification, the next participant will become the winner.
It is not possible to exchange, transfer or claim the cash value of the prize.
Winners are responsible for paying any tax due on the prize.
The Organiser expressly reserves the right to interrupt or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice and without stating reasons, or to adjust Conditions of Participation.
The Organiser shall not be liable for any damage caused by errors, delays or interruptions in transmission, malfunctions of technical equipment and services, incorrect content, loss or deletion of data, viruses or in any other way arising from participation in the competitions, unless such damage has been caused by the Organiser (its organs, employees or agents) intentionally or through gross negligence. The above limitation of liability does not apply to injury to life, limb or health or to fraudulently concealed defects.
The competition is subject exclusively to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any recourse to courts of law is excluded.
To enter the competition, you must provide personal (personal-specific) data. The participant affirms that the personal information provided by him, in particular his first name, surname and address, is true and correct.
The participant's contact details, such as his first name, surname, email address and postal address, will be processed exclusively for the purpose of determining the winners and sending the prize. The data of the participants in the competition will be deleted after the competition and distribution of the prizes.
The personal data of the participants will not be passed on to third parties without their consent, nor will it be made available for use by third parties.
The legal basis for the data processing is the organisation of the competition (Article 6 (1) sentence 1 (b) GDPR).

Should any provision of these Conditions of Participation be or become invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Conditions of Participation. In place of the invalid provision, the legally permissible provision that comes closest in economic terms to the meaning and purpose expressed in the invalid provision shall apply.
The same applies in the event of a loophole in these Conditions of Participation.
