2. Collection and processing of personal data as well as the nature and purpose of their use
We process your personal data for the following purposes:
a) Contact and interaction
We process your personal data when you contact us via LinkedIn. When you contact us via LinkedIn, the data you provide as well as your LinkedIn profile will be visible to us.
We collect and process your personal data to respond to your contact and interaction requests as well as LinkedIn itself uses the data to create analyses/evaluations/statistics.
If you contact LinkedIn for the purpose of initiating/concluding a contract with us, Article 6(1) sentence 1(b) GDPR is the legal basis for the processing.
Furthermore, we process your data on the basis of a legitimate interest in accordance with Art. 6(1) sentence 1 lit. f) GDPR. This legitimate interest lies in enabling quick and uncomplicated contact via our LinkedIn company profile.
We also store your personal data on our systems, i.e. outside of LinkedIn, if and for as long as it is necessary for the purposes of collection or for legal retention requirements.
b) Evaluation for statistical purposes by means of page insights by LinkedIn
We use the LinkedIn Insights for the purpose of designing and continuously optimizing our offer on our LinkedIn profile and to display target-group-oriented contributions. In the form of statistics, we receive anonymized information from LinkedIn about how many users, at what time visit the pages and interact on them (Page Insights).
We process the data with the help of Page Insights for the purpose of optimising our offer and ensuring more effective communication with interested parties.
