2. Collection and processing of personal data as well as the nature and purpose of their use

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

a) Contact and interaction

We process your personal data when you contact us via Meta. When you contact us via Meta, the data you provide as well as your Meta profile will be visible to us.

We collect and process your personal data to respond to your contact and interaction requests with a separate voluntary consent for contacting, preparing offers or for advertising purposes outside of Meta. Meta itself uses the data to create analyses/evaluations/statistics.

If you contact Meta for the purpose of initiating/concluding a contract with us, Article 6 (1) sentence 1 (b) GDPR is the legal basis for the processing.

Furthermore, we process your data on the basis of a legitimate interest in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f) GDPR. This legitimate interest lies in enabling quick and uncomplicated contact via our Meta company profiles.

We also store your personal data on our systems, i.e. outside of Meta, if and for as long as it is necessary for the purposes of collection or for legal retention requirements.

b) Evaluation for statistical purposes by means of page insights by Meta

We use the Meta Insights for the purpose of designing and continuously optimizing our offer on our Meta profile and to display target-group-oriented contributions. In the form of statistics, we receive anonymized information from Meta about how many users, at what time visit the pages and interact on them (page insights).

We process the data with the help of page insights for the purpose of optimising our offer and ensuring more effective communication with interested parties.

In this respect, the processing is carried out under joint responsibility with Meta in accordance with Art. 26 GDPR. We will provide you with the essence of the joint controller agreement upon request. The legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f) GDPR.
