Define geofences, receive automatic notifications when vehicles enter and exit, and use the practical vehicle filtering directly within the geofence. MAN workshops and service partners are already integrated – for even greater visibility and control.
Route planning
Plan your trips the smart way, not the traditional way: With digital route planning, you can easily select the start, destination and stopovers using an address search or directly on the map. The system automatically calculates up to three traffic-optimised routes – including toll costs. This way you can see at a glance which route is economically worthwhile.
Position Sharing
Enable your customers to see the current location of their delivery in real time – without any queries and without a RIO account. With Geo, you simply share the vehicle position via a link, while retaining full control at all times: Configure sharing individually, stop it whenever needed, with data protection guaranteed. Driver’s name and other sensitive data remain protected. This creates trust, reduces queries and ensures a professional customer experience.
