All-round safety at junctions
Monitors oncoming traffic[Van-LimitsSystem] when turning and when driving straight ahead, to help minimise the risk of collision.
-
NEW: Enhanced imminent-risk warning
Now also intervenes when driving straight ahead: system brakes automatically[Van-LimitsSystem] if a vehicle crosses your path and a collision is imminent.

Automatic emergency brakin
Applies the brakes automatically when a dangerous situation is detected[Van-LimitsSystem] to avoid head-on collisions or mitigate their impact
Enhanced safety at junctions
Situation: When you turn
When you start indicating to turn, the system uses radar sensors[Van-LimitsSystem] and a multifunction camera[Van-LimitsSystem] to monitor oncoming traffic and detect an imminent collision as you cross the oncoming lane.
NEW – Situation: When oncoming traffic turns
The system now features automatic braking[Van-LimitsSystem] and an acoustic signal to assist you when driving in a straight line. It detects when an oncoming vehicle dangerously crosses your lane while turning, creating an imminent risk of collision.
System response: Automatic braking with warning
If the system detects an imminent risk of a frontal collision at speeds of up to 20 km/h in one of these two situations, it automatically applies the brakes and warns you[Van-LimitsSystem]. Brake intervention helps to prevent a collision or reduce its impact.
