You access MAN DigitalServices via the cloud-based RIO platform. The telematics box forms the technical interface between your vehicles and the RIO platform.
Once you have created a RIO customer account, register your vehicles on the platform.
You can select the digital services as required via the MAN Marketplace. The automatic availability check shows you which services you can book for each vehicle.
Digital services may already be included when purchasing a vehicle via integrated digital packages. We provide MAN ServiceCare S or MAN eManager S free of charge.
EULA approval is required to use MAN Digital Services. In accordance with the legal requirements of the EU Data Act, we require this consent in order to process your vehicle data for the relevant services. (For more information on the EU Data Act and consent, please visit: www.man.eu/eu-data-act)
