The MAN Driver App for MAN and NEOPLAN drivers, as well as for drivers of other vehicle brands, is available in many languages and opens access to MAN's digital services. It is available as a free download in the App Stores for Android and iOS.
With the MAN Driver App, truck drivers can quickly find petrol stations and parking spaces and make contactless payments 1) . The driver can view the transaction history in the MAN Driver App and the fleet manager can view it in MAN SimplePay on the RIO platform.

The digital assistant on your smartphone helps to simplify your everyday work on board trucks and buses over the long term. Our MAN Driver App supports drivers on every tour: smartly, conveniently and efficiently. It offers a wide range of functions designed to make life easier. For example, the App helps with pre-departure checks, compliance with driving and rest periods, and individual performance analysis.
The MAN Driver App also helps truck drivers to find points of interest such as petrol stations, parking spaces and MAN workshops. Drivers will soon also be able to quickly find charging stations suitable for e-trucks, for example MAN Charge&Go.
If the MAN SimplePay digital service has been booked via the RIO platform , truck drivers can use the App not only to quickly find a parking space, but also to book and cancel existing bookings. What's more, truck drivers – even vehicles of other brands – can use the App to make contactless transactions for refuelling and parking 1) . This will also be possible for other potential scenarios in the future. The driver can easily see the transaction history in the MAN Driver App and the fleet manager can view it in MAN SimplePay on the RIO platform .
MAN eTruck drivers are also able to monitor the charge status of the high-voltage battery at all times. In the event of a breakdown, the App, which automatically transmits the vehicle's location and VIN, is the quick and reliable way to contact MAN Mobile24.
The availability of individual functions may vary depending on the vehicle. The MAN Driver App also supports drivers of other vehicle brands with selected functions. You can use the basic functions of the MAN Driver App without a RIO account. To do this, simply add your vehicle to the App using the VIN.

Important: Self-registration in the MAN Driver App is only possible under the following three conditions: 1.The vehicle associated with the VIN number entered is registered on the RIO platform. 2. Your driver card has been scanned at least once in a vehicle registered on the RIO platform . 3. Your fleet management has activated the “Self-registration” option in the user management on the RIO platform .
We have integrated the Perform section into our driver App for this purpose. The feature clearly presents the performance data of your tours. Continuous analysis of your personal driving style enables you to sustainably optimise your driving performance, to reduce wear and tear and save fuel.
Important: The display of the performance values requires that the digital Perform service is booked for your vehicle on the RIO platform .
Displaying of data in the MAN Driver App requires the assignment to a driver card. For this reason, only the individual information for the logged-in driver is ever visible in the MAN Driver App. As fleet manager, you can view all information on the RIO platform .
