With MAN Mobile24 Interactive Tracking, when a breakdown occurs you can send us your exact location and a description of the causes. You will then be sent status updates from the arrival of the breakdown mechanic to the completion of the repair.

As a customer in cross-border transport, you receive MAN Mobile24 support in booking, coordinating and carrying out scheduled appointments such as maintenance, inspection or testing, and in processing technical information. This service is solely available for vehicles outside of their home country and can be booked 72 hours in advance.

You can optimise your vehicle uptimes and downtimes with MAN ServiceCare, our preventive digital maintenance and repair management, and its location-independent vehicle diagnostics. The data on the vehicle’s condition is transmitted over-the-air via mobile internet and our workshop staff and breakdown mechanics have access to relevant vehicle details to provide you with even more tailored support in the event of a breakdown.
