The first step is to apply for your desired apprenticeship by submitting the necessary documents via the MAN careers portal. The “Jobbörse” [Job portal] button on the careers page will automatically take you to the MAN careers page with the invitations to apply for your apprenticeship job. Your application documents will then be reviewed and, if you are suitable, we will invite you to attend an interview. Often you will be asked to complete a professional aptitude test as part of the interview. If we are both interested in going ahead with an apprenticeship, you will sign your contract after a trial period.
You will already have got over the first hurdle if we invite you to an interview. In the interview, we want to get a picture of you as a person. Just stay true to yourself and do not try to be something you are not. In addition, you will also complete a professional aptitude test.
