Comfortable driver’s seat
Even if it gets tight on the road: At the driver’s workplace, there is legroom thanks to the horizontally adjustable, wider and deeper seat. Excellent all-round visibility is provided by the optimised headrest.
Raised driver’s platform
The driver’s platform has gained height with its 330 mm – exactly 110 mm more than the previous model. The heel point was determined according to ISO 16121 1:2005.
More storage options
Everything on board: For the MAN Lion’s City, the storage concept has been updated. Drinks, keys and mobile phones can be easily stowed in the side panel, the driver’s bag has its own compartment in the driver’s door and a newspaper net and a waste paper basket also keep things tidy.

Independent wheel suspension for more manoeuvrability
The independent wheel suspension allows wheel movements on each side of the vehicle separately of each other. Manoeuvrability is increased and a smoother ride is enabled. This results from the fact that unevenness of the road is only transferred from one side to the other to a very small extent.
Aluminium pivoting joint
The MAN Lion’s City pivoting joint has a higher torsional moment and offers increased rigidity as well as secure footing for passengers. The new electrics and hydraulics provide a high, infinitely variable damping torque: The bus is stabilised at high speeds or on tight bends, making the ride even more enjoyable.
New shock absorber model as standard
Thanks to the purely mechanical, adaptive shock absorbers, the MAN Lion’s City ensures smoother handling with less noise under all load conditions.
