The MAN D26 engine now offers even more power with less weight. With 10 more HP than the previous version, the MAN Lion’s Coach is always at full power, fully complying with the Euro 6 standard. It has a highly effective exhaust-gas treatment system with SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction) and EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation).
With the new driveline combined with fuel-saving assistance systems (EfficientCruise plus EfficientRoll), the D26 engine helps reduce TCO thanks to lower fuel consumption and wear.
The longer rear-axle ratio has a positive effect on fuel consumption. With the 13 m long 2-axle vehicle, you achieve greater economy through less weight and wear.
