Supplementary set acoustic warning GB

The loudspeaker mounted outside the co-driver area warns pedestrians and cyclists about the turning process with a “white noise” warning tone and the spoken warning “Caution, vehicle is turning right/left”.

The scope of delivery also includes an A4-size “Blind Spot” sticker to attach to the vehicle.

• Language: English (invariable)
• Delivery does not include MAN-specific installation or cable set or switch for night shut-off
• Optionally, the loudspeaker can also warn when reversing.

Note

The outdoor loudspeaker must be equipped with an additional switch for night shut-off between 11.30 p.m. and 07.00 a.m. Delivery does not include MAN-specific installation or cable set or switch for night shut-off. It is mounted on two lugs, preferably underneath the cab on the co-driver’s side. Please also note the information on DVS in the download area.
