Submit your application

Visit our online application portal and upload your CV, any relevant references and your matriculation certificate.

Phone interview and in-person interview

Did you convince us? If you did, we’ll invite you for a phone interview to give us a better impression of you. If this interview goes well, we will move on to a face-to-face interview in which we will take a closer look at your qualifications, experience and interests and establish whether working together would be the right fit for both parties. We are looking forward to answering any questions you may have and helping you to learn more about our company.

Decision and thesis contract

After the face-to-face interview, we will advise you of our decision promptly and will discuss the next steps towards a thesis contract. This is dependent on the terms of your course of study and for a bachelor’s degree is usually 3 months, or 6 months for a master’s degree.

At MAN, you can write your final dissertation (thesis) in basically any area. Yes, we offer an induction event. This includes key information on everything to do with writing your thesis. We also offer a guided tour of the factory.

Thesis writers are not subject to time tracking. Your activities while writing your thesis at MAN are limited purely to the preparation of your dissertation. Thesis writers are therefore not part of business operations and do not carry out activities under instruction. Thesis writers do not have any holiday entitlement.

The contract for your thesis is drawn up to suit the period specified in the terms of your course of study. The contractually agreed period is binding for both parties.

You can start work on your thesis on the 1st of any month. The requirement is that your thesis is registered and authorised by your college or university at that time.
