Training centre

The building concept of the MAN Engine Academy meets all the requirements of a modern training centre and at the same time creates a pleasant, friendly atmosphere – theoretical lessons take place in bright rooms with modern equipment.

To ensure enough time for practical implementation and individual support, the training courses are only designed for a manageable number of participants – this is an important prerequisite for maximum learning effect.

Practice rooms

The adjoining practice rooms are fully equipped. Among other things, with integrated training test benches on which engines can be operated under realistic conditions. Here, experienced MAN instructors impart the necessary know-how for the efficient handling of MAN engines. No matter what engine or application is involved – our highly qualified MAN trainers always have the right training package ready.

Other advantages

The training centre provides sufficient parking spaces. In the open lounge, participants can exchange ideas during the breaks. Individual offices for undisturbed use for day-to-day business are also available.

Theory

To ensure that the special training content can be adequately conveyed, all theoretical training rooms are equipped with state-of-the-art presentation technology – slides and sketches are projected onto the screens via beamer.

Smart boards make diagnostic systems and circuit diagrams an interactive experience. Professional documentation is used so that the information is also available after the training.

Practice

Extensive training equipment is available to the participants for the practical training units: from running engines and high-quality brand-name tools to diagnostic tools and replicas of operator’s platforms.

By simulating engine faults, participants can understand almost every step of maintenance, diagnosis and repair.
