Penske Commercial Vehicles Parts Supplier of the Year Awards

This year, filtration solution experts Donaldson Australasia took out PCV’s Parts Supplier of the Year, while Red Roo Sales & Service, a manufacturer and distributor of commercial shock absorber equipment, won the 2016 Innovative Parts Supplier of the Year award.

The awards ceremony was held in conjunction with the PCV Parts and Service Conference at RACV’s Royal Pines Resort, Queensland, where the winners were announced and awarded trophies by Penske General Manager of Parts, Mike Hickey.

Gary Holdsworth, General Manager – Engines, Donaldson said: “Donaldson’s operational relationship with Penske is strategically important to our business and we are proud to receive PCV’s Parts Supplier of the Year award.”

“Penske Commercial Vehicles’ extensive network of parts dealers ensures that aftermarket parts are available locally and conveniently for our fleet and owner driver operators,” Mr Holdsworth added.

Working with Penske for just over 12-months, Luke Clarke, National Sales Manager at Red Roo stated: “We really have gone from strength to strength in such a short amount of time with Penske, and the team at Red Roo is delighted to be awarded PCV Innovative Parts Supplier of the Year. Red Roo looks forward to building upon the great basis that we have established with both PCV and their dealer network into the future.”

PCV’s annual parts supplier awards recognise excellence in overall parts support to both PCV and the dealer network, and are voted on by both PCV and dealer parts staff in the categories including: supply performance, customer service, field representation and overall support.
