MAN Group Corporate Centre
The MAN Group Corporate Centre is located at MAN SE in Munich. Three Executive Board Departments are situated here:

In addition to the CEO, CFO and the CHRO, the executive board chairmen of the Group´s major companies are also members of the Executive Board. Each of the Group´s divisions is represented on the enlarged Management Board.
The strategic management activities undertaken by the Executive Board and Group headquarters staff focus on the three main areas of
- strategic Group development, i.e. product and market strategies, production structures, defining and monitoring goals and objectives
- financial management and controlling
- selection and development of management executives.
