The headquarters of the MAN Group
The MAN Group’s headquarters is referred to as the MAN SE Corporate Center and is based in Munich. MAN SE’s Executive Board is made up of:
Dr. Georg Pachta-Reyhofen (CEO)
Frank H. Lutz (CFO)
Jörg Schwitalla (CHRO)
Dr. René Umlauft (CEO MAN Diesel & Turbo SE)
The Commercial Vehicles business area is represented by Dr. Pachta-Reyhofen, who is also CEO of MAN Truck & Bus AG.
The Corporate Center also has a Management Board. It is made up of the Executive Board members and Roberto Cortes, President of MAN Latin America.
The strategic management activities undertaken by the Executive Board and the Corporate Center respectively focus on the following areas:
