The MAN Group operates in 120 countries, making it one of the world's leading engineering players. In line with this, 43% of its 52,500 employees work outside of Germany — a figure that has grown slowly but surely in recent years in the course of greater internationalization.
MAN Truck & Bus is the largest division and has a 34,200-strong workforce worldwide. Around 14,000 people work at MAN Diesel & Turbo. MAN Latin America counts about 1,900 employees, Renk 2,000.
An MAN-wide job rotation scheme allows employees to swap between the divisions and the various sites. This enables the MAN Group to offer its employees international career opportunities and enables them to continually develop under the umbrella of a strong brand with broad technological diversity.
