      <description>Designed to supply offshore wind parks with parts, a base port of 92 hectares  is under construction on the banks of the Elbe River at Cuxhaven, Germany. The world’s largest dredger vessel, Cristóbal Colón, sucks sand into its hold, flushing it out on land through a floating pipeline: more than 60,000 cubic meters a day.</description>
