Work world without borders

It’s up to the immediate supervisor
- According to a study published by the Gallup Institute, only 17 percent of the global workforce is committed to the job. As much as 18 percent is not engaged at all. Corporate consultant Marco Nink believes that it is their supervisor’s behaviour that discourages personnel.

Germany’s first offshore wind power plant
- The first wind power plant belonging to the Alpha Ventus offshore wind park has commenced operation off the coast of Germany. Each unit will generate a quantity of eco-electricity, that supplies approximately 3,000 households with power. At the heart of all plants is a gear unit supplied by Renk AG.
