Shaping the future together
Because we realize that our success depends on the commitment and qualification of our employees, we promote people wishing to shape the future from an early stage.
Close cooperation with technical universities is of special significance to us and is something we plan to expand in the future. It is for this reason that we have established the MAN Campus Initiative – with TU Munich and RWTH Aachen as our initial "Preferred Partner" Universities.
The Technical Universitiy in Munich is among a group of 70 universities and numerous external research institutions in 18 countries with which MAN maintains contact. As an element of these partnerships, students have the possibility of participating in real MAN research and development projects and have the chance to grapple with exciting technological and business issues.
Both sides benefit from this cooperation: the university can call on MAN's global expertise for its projects and we have the opportunity to familiarize students with our company at an early stage.
As part of the MAN Campus Initiative at TU Munich we offer involvement in projects, a series of lectures and a scholarship program. At RWTH Aachen, MAN is supporting high performing and talented students with a scholarship and participating in company presentations in cooperation with RWTH Aachen Universities Career Center.
