- What are the international opportunities offered by MAN?

- How is the application process in MAN?

Applications for all open positions are accepted via our online job market. You have the possibility to upload cover letter, your resume, and certificates. You will have the opportunity to update your attachments at any time. An automatically generated confirmation of receipt is sent following the application.
- What should be the type of the attachments?

The file type should be in doc, pdf, gif, jpeg, and jpg formats.
- How does the selection process proceed?

The candidates who are pre-selected are contacted by HR specialists or Functional Department for scheduling an interview. At least one interview with the participation of Functional Department and HR Specialist is conducted to assess corporate competencies as well as the professional and culture fit with the company. Additionally, Assessment Center (Applicant Day) is organized for candidates who are applying to Graduate program.
- Can I be informed about the latest jobs automatically?

- Are the data I upload in the Job Market being protected?

- What is the advantage or disadvantage of joining the company via the Graduate Programme compared with joining directly?

At MAN Group both possibilities are regarded equally. There is no better or worse way to join – all employees enjoy the same social benefits and are paid according to a uniform remuneration system. Each applicant must decide for himself what the right way is. In the Trainee Programme you stay on the surface to start with and acquire broad-based knowledge with the chance to obtain an overview of the company in a short space of time and build an extensive network. - In which main areas does the Graduate Trainee Programme operate?

Nearly all departments in each MAN business area, e.g. purchasing, sales, marketing, HR, controlling or IT, offer participation in the MAN Graduate Program.
- Is there an age limit for Graduate Program entries?

The program addresses all graduates, including those with first working experience.

- What opportunities do I have as a student at MAN?

- How long my internship would last?

An internship generally lasts between three and six months. Shorter internship are in principle possible after consultation with the specific department.
- In which departments can I do internship?

In each MAN business area nearly all departments, such as purchasing, engineering, sales, marketing, HR, controlling or IT offer internships for students.
- I do not find any matching vacancy in your Job Market. Can I place unsolicited application?

It is possible to place an unsolicited application in our Talent Pool. Furthermore it is advisable to keep an eye on the Job Market and apply directly to positions.
- Do I have a chance to do internship abroad?

Taking on interesting and challenging work at an international level will broaden your horizons. Send us your application in English or the relevant local language at least six months before you wish to start the internship.
- What should I do to apply for a thesis study at MAN?

In principle, you can choose subjects from any field of business for your final paper. Make a proposal for a subject that you think suits our company. Or we can work together to develop a suitable topic. We will support you with your plan and nominate a competent advisor to assist you.
- Are there opportunities for financial support from MAN?

If you have above-average grades in your studies and show special commitment during your internship at MAN you also have the possibility of being accepted for a MAN Scholarship.
- What are the requirements to have internship at MAN?

In addition to good grades in your studies we expect a willingness to learn, initiative and a developed sense of working in a team.
- Does MAN have any cooperation with universities?
