Job rotation
Job rotation is one of the central modules of career development and is explicitly supported at MAN. It creates the possibility for employees to gain experience beyond their current field of responsibility in a different activity within the MAN Group.
A key aspect of the job rotation program, besides building on employees' technical competences, is extending their international, intercultural and interdisciplinary horizons. All employees can apply directly for any vacancy within the MAN Group.
Coaching
Coach your Future" is a program at MAN aimed at optimizing performance in which our managers are supported by an outside coach. Personal discussions take place to work specifically on the individual's field of activity and performance potential.
Mentoring
Mentoring is when a manager provides accompanying support for an employee. The mentor, who is not the employee's direct line manager, assumes the role of consultant and sponsor who meets with the mentee at regular intervals to provide support for their professional development.
Management programs
The company's dynamism requires our managers to develop their management skills on a continuous basis. The MAN Executive Academy supports them in this.
The aim of the Academy is to promote outstanding management personalities within the MAN Group.
