Working at MAN is shaped by the company's international environment. As a world-leading engineering group we are present in more than 120 countries around the globe. Half of our approximately 49,000 employees work outside Germany.

International cooperation with colleagues
All our employees – irrespective of where they work – are in contact with colleagues from other countries. In this way are exposed to new perspectives and given important new impetus. People with different nationalities and mindsets work closely together at all MAN locations. So it is natural that English is our business language.
Job rotation throughout the group
The corporate job rotation program allows employees to change between individual business areas and different locations. It is thus possible, for example, for an engineer to start their career at MAN Truck & Bus in Germany and to later switch to MAN Diesel & Turbo in Denmark.
International exchange platforms
Our employees benefit from our international exchange platforms spanning national and divisional boundaries. We organize events to promote the dialog between employees, management and the executive board. Participants of various nationalities from different business areas meet here to discuss and share their experiences.
