Young emerging talents are given the best preparation for later challenges based on an individual development plan. Besides introducing future responsibilities, the main goal of the MAN Graduate Program is to strengthen your entrepreneurial and personal skills. The interdisciplinary and intercultural exchange within the MAN Group will also broaden your horizons.
The four modules of the MAN Graduate Program
- On-the-job training

New graduates work under professional supervision on challenging projects for 12 to 18 months. The graduates get to know the world of work at MAN by working on concrete tasks.
- Job rotation – working in different fields of expertise
- Interdisciplinary projects – broadening your horizons
- International projects – understanding different worlds of work

Graduates receive additional support in training seminars that take place outside the working environment. The Graduate Program is rounded off by fascinating insights into the world of MAN at home and abroad.

- Visits – experiencing MAN production sites first hand
- Activities – participating in industry events and recruitment fairs

Mentors accompany graduates through the Graduate Program and offer support with career planning.

Personal contacts promote the exchange of experience and provide participants with important impetus for their careers. At the same time, the graduate network allows inter-divisional contacts to be made.

Nearly all departments in each MAN business area, e.g. purchasing, sales, marketing, HR, controlling or IT, offer participation in the MAN Graduate Program.
